5 Month Yoga Teacher Trainings Course

Starts 8th September 2018

Take a journey with us through yoga philosophy, breathwork, postures and relaxation and become a confident, competent and soulful yoga teacher.

On this program you will learn the principles and skills to teach breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asana) and relaxation (yoga nidra) to individuals and large and small groups.

You will become familiar with the anatomy of the body and how it works in yoga. At its heart, this program will uncover why we do yoga. Underpinning it all will be the study of ancient yoga philosophy to enable both teacher and their students to live more soulfully.

The program is very practical in nature. Students will commit to homework and home practice. It is designed to take students on a highly enjoyable and life-affirming journey.

The course will run over 5 months from September 2018 to January 2019, every second weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 10.00am to 5.00pm.

We hope you decide to take this enjoyable yoga journey with us. There will be an opportunity to cover classes at our studio once you have successfully completed the course.
