This transformational training is a comprehensive 11 weekend Teacher Training to become a fully prepared and confident yoga teacher. You will learn the tools to bring healing, self discovery and growth to your own life and to the lives of your students.
We hosts regular teacher training programs providing our students with well equipped accommodation if needed and healthy food during their stay. We offer intensive 200 and 250hrs Yoga and Hot Yoga Teacher Training which gives you a chance to practice hot/warm yoga everyday and learn how to become a teacher to share your yoga passion with your future students.
Join yogis from all over the world to earn your 200 hr Yoga Teacher Certification, certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Our certification allows you to teach normal and hot yoga classes in studios all around world. Trainees emerge from our 200 Hour Teacher Training Course as confident teachers with a strong and solid skill set ready to begin their career. Alongside developing the art of teaching, trainees also gain a comprehensive understanding of the practice of yoga asanas, philosophy, physiology, adjusting, chakras, anatomy, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
We have designed a program where you get the chance to teach regularly during the course. The program will help you to improve your confidence, being able to manage classes with a big number of students under any circumstances.

You will learn to deliver 2 motivating general classes in 3 formats - 90, 60 and 45min- and over 65 key poses from Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power, Bikram and Classical Hatha yoga with confidence. Classes cross the divide between yoga styles and blend cutting-edge fitness wisdom with ancient yoga knowledge, while honoring classical yoga sequencing. You will learn to modify for injuries, perform hands-on adjustments, recognize body types and gain in-depth alignment knowledge and you will take your own yoga practice to new heights under the guidance of our teachers. Our aim is to provide the very best instruction in a supportive environment and treat every teacher and student as an individual. This program will enhance your yoga horizon, allowing you to take your yoga practice deeper and further as you explore the possibilities of your body and mind as well as getting certified in a professional yoga school which is certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
The 200hr training is designed to prepare you to be a confident and effective instructor. This certificate will enable you to teach both regular and hot yoga classes at any yoga studio in the world. Our curriculum will take you through all the aspects of how to teach and give you the tools to become a great instructor.
Each day will be arranged from approximately 10am to 7pm.
You will take 1-2 classes which will be a mixture of hot classic, hot vinyasa, hatha, vinyasa and yin classes. In addition, you will have theory classes with your teachers.
Try to get plenty of rest at night, so you will be fresh and ready for the busy day ahead.
Breaks are fit in to the schedule for meals and resting. Time has been factored in for homework and theoretic classes.

HOT YOGA / VINYASA TEACHER TRAINING
Total Number of Hours on Course: 200h
The hot yoga teacher training program gives you the knowledge and skills necessary to become a certified hot yoga teacher. In 200 hours, you’ll learn to teach the Classic Hot Yoga Primary Series – based on Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Bikram and Yin Yoga – as well as Hot Express, and Vinyasa Flow. You will also learn to develop your own sequences for heated and non-heated environments. You will learn the essentials of yoga philosophy, and the anatomy and physiology that supports yoga science.

Two types of asana classes will be conducted: One daily class (classic hot yoga or vinyasa) which will provide you with the opportunity to practice your asanas and will help you to develop a strong personal practice of asanas, and One daily teaching practice class devoted to understanding how to teach the asanas.
You will start learning how to teach asanas from day two. of the course. Hence you will have plenty of time to practice teaching throughout the entire course. The daily in-depth practice with individual corrections comprises:
Effective warm-ups and how to incorporate them into the class - various categories of warm-ups Sun salutation and its variations -
Vinyasa module 60 basic yoga postures 100 asana variations, from beginners level to advanced
Guided deep relaxation and yoga nidra
How to develop flexibility and strength
Helpful instructions for alignment in the asanas and how to self-correct as well as adjust students
Pranayama and Breathing exercises
Students will have the opportunity to experiment and learn several breathing techniques to expands breathing capacity, relax the nervous system, balance the two hemispheres of the brain, calms the mind
Kriyas, Bandhas and Mudras Students will learn classical yogic purification techniques for the nose, lungs, abdomen and tongue.

What qualities should a yoga teacher have?
This module will focus on the qualities of a good yoga teacher with an emphasis on teaching methodology, e.g. how to communicate with students, how to demonstrate, observe the student in the class to avoid injury during practice of asana. We will also discuss the personal and professional ethics of a yoga teacher.
You will receive a scripted manual of the Hot Classic class and learn how to plan a Vinyasa class.

Module 5 The practical training (asana practice class) allows you to learn asana (Yoga Posture) in detail.
You will understand the benefits of each and every asana on the physical, mental and spiritual level, besides that, you’ll also learn which asanas to prescribe to people with various physical and mental problems.
Warm-ups, self-massage, meditation and relaxation techniques are also covered. Teaching Methodology (teaching practice class) will prepare you to conduct a yoga class in real life with confidence; you will learn how to demonstrate and describe asanas, perform adjustments and assist the students in class and also help them to avoid injury during the practice of asanas.

Trainees are allowed to miss up to 3 out of 10 weekends but will need to make up those missed days. For every full day missed, the student may take a 1 hour private make-up session to be scheduled with the Teacher Training Manager. The cost of each 1 hour make-up session (for a 6 hour day) is €150, or €75 if the make-up is shared with another student. Students cannot receive a Certificate of Completion if they miss more than 40 hours of the training.
Trainee Expectations and Training Completion Requirements:
In order to receive a Certificate of Completion, trainees must attend all of the weekend sessions (with make-ups allowed as described above) and pay tuition in full. In addition, students must demonstrate an understanding of the program content in a written final exam and the final practicum teaching demonstration, as well as maintain a consistent yoga asana practice under the supervision of the Studio..
(At a minimum students must attend 20 classes with the program’s lead faculty.) Attendance and payment of tuition alone do not guarantee students will receive a Certificate of Completion. Additionally, students are required to submit all home work assignments (there will be at least 1 essay per module) and read the recommended literature as stated below. 200-Hour Certification Required Reading:

Yoga Alliance Professionals 200-hour Certification
As a graduate, you’ll be certified by as a Hot Yoga/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher by the studio. Additionally, your certification qualifies you for Yoga Alliance Registration. Yoga Alliance Professionals is the largest teacher training registry in Europe and is recognised around the world. We use this third party accreditation for our studio to ensure our quality and international standards.

** Full payment is expected to be received timely according to your pricing option before the start of the course.
** If you need to cancel the course, do so no later than 3 weeks (21 days) before the course starts otherwise we will refund you only 50% of the amount paid, not including the non-refundable deposit.
** There will be a minimum of 5 and maximum of 15 participants in each course. Please be aware that the course will be cancelled if we do not reach the minimum of participants by 1 week before the course starts. In this case, you will receive a refund of your payment. We recommend you to buy a refund insurance on your plane ticket if you are coming from abroad.
Please note that there will be no refund if you decide to cancel your course or sign out for any possible reason once your course has started. If we ask you to leave the course for any possible reason half of the whole amount (except the deposit) will be refunded to you within 3 months.
